Growing up the youngest of 7 children reinforces your survival skills at an early age. Always striving to be number 1, making sure I was heard, served me well in my 25 years at Rohm and Hass, later to be known as Dow Industries. A large chemical company, I worked my way up from the floor to becoming the logistics manager at my retirement.
My next endeavor awaited me to grow and manage my wife's uber career as a successful Realtor and owner of a newly formed Real Estate licensing School. I expanded her one-man army to a team of 3 successful agents, a skilled admin, and myself coordinating and managing the group. Our school's success floods our office with new agents, many of whom I mentor. I regret not having done this sooner. I do what I love, with the person I love. I'm living the dream!
